Group Study Rooms

Community Access Room

  • Minimum 2 people, maximum 14 people
  • Includes a display screen, follow the instructions in the room to connect
  • This room is available during library open hours only

 Group Study Room

  • 4 separate tables are available to book
  • Minimum 2 and maximum 5 people per table
  • Available to book between 9am and 7pm
  • Available to all students as a study room before 9am and after 7pm

Booking Details

Study spaces can be booked for maximum 2 hours per day per group. You can book a room by selecting the button on the top left of this page or you can go to the online booking form by clicking here. You can also access the online booking form via the link on the right side menu of the library webpage.

If you need to cancel a booking, there will be a link within the email that will allow you to do this. If you have deleted the email, you can contact us in the library and we can cancel the booking for you. You can drop by the library desk or you can email or phone us.

Please note these rooms are intended for group study by National College of Ireland students and for the use of local community, charitable or social groups. They may not be booked for commercial purposes of any kind, and that includes persons who provide study grinds for payment.
