Group Study Room

• Located just outside the main library doors
• 2 separate tables are available to book
• Minimum of 2 people per table and a maximum of 4 people per table
• Tables can be booked for a maximum of 2 hours per day per group

Community Access Room (CAR)

The Community Access Room is a private meeting room which has a table that can seat a maximum of 8 people. It can be used for meetings or as a place to practice group presentations.

• Located inside the main library doors just before the turnstile
• A maximum of a group of 8 people can use the space at one time
• The room can be booked for a maximum of 2 hours per day per group
• A large screen is available in the room and can be used for presenting using. See here for more details.

Booking Details

Study spaces can be booked for maximum 2 hours per day per group. You can book a table in the group study room or you can book the Community Access Room by selecting one of the buttons on the top left of this page.

If you need to cancel a booking, there will be a link within the email that will allow you to do this. If you have deleted the email, you can contact us in the library and we can cancel the booking for you. You can drop by the library desk or you can email or phone us.

Please note these rooms are intended for group study by National College of Ireland students and for the use of local community, charitable or social groups. They may not be booked for commercial purposes of any kind, and that includes persons who provide study grinds for payment.
