Why request an appointment?
If you are working on a college assignment or research and need advice on the following:
How do you request an appointment?
Select the Request an Appointment button on the top right of this page, choose a date and time that is available and fill out the booking form. Please provide us with as much information as you can regarding your query/queries; including a copy of any relevant documents. Appointments are currently held online over MS Teams
Once you have submitted your request, a member of the Library Academic Support Centre will be in touch to confirm your online booking and will send you a meeting invitation via MS Teams.
Our hours adapt to demand, so if you require an early evening or Saturday appointment, this is possible provided we are given enough notice and the time slot is available. Please email the Library Academic Support Centre if you require an appointment outside of the hours listed.
Remote Assistance Via Email
Not only can we answer quick queries via email we can also provide remote assistance for your assignments and research. Send us an email with your query/queries as well as any documents (i.e. copy of your assignment, assignment brief etc.) and we will provide you with feedback as soon as we can.
