How do you request an appointment?
Select the Request an Appointment button on the top right of this page, select appointment type (in-person or online), choose an available date and time and fill out the booking form. Please provide us with as much information as you can and include a copy of any relevant documents.
Once you have submitted your request, a member of the Library Academic Support Centre will be in touch to confirm your booking. If your appointment is online we will send you a meeting invitation via MS Teams.
Remote Assistance Via Email
We also provide remote assistance via email for assignments and research. Send us an email (libraryacademicsupportcentre@ncirl.ie) with your query as well as any documents (i.e. copy of your assignment, assignment brief etc.) and we will provide you with feedback and advice as soon as we can. |
