There are an ever growing number of Open Access publishers and repositories available. You can find some of the larger ones in the lists on the left and right of this page.
We have also made available a search bar for the OASIS search tool that currently searches open content from 115 different sources and contains 440,380 records (source). You can also view open educational resources by subject here.
