Screens are available in five of the library's group study rooms, including three interactive Clevertouch screens and two TV screens. Both types of screens may be used to display images or video and practice presentations. The Clevertouch screens can also be used as a whiteboard.
Stylus pens, remote controls, keyboards and a mouse are available from the information desk on the 4th floor. The stylus pen is used to operate the whiteboard of the Clevertouch screen. The keyboard and mouse are used to log into the PC behind the Clevertouch or TV screens.

To connect your laptop to the Clevertouch screen, use the HDMI cable. This will connect your laptop screen directly to the Clevertouch display.
You can also log into the PC behind the Clevertouch screen using the keyboard and mouse (these are available from the 4th floor information desk). The on button for this PC is located behind the Clevertouch screen. By logging on to the PC, you can use the Clevertouch screen to make Teams calls using the integrated camera and speakers. To access the interactive whiteboard, tap the left or right hand side of the screen and select Whiteboard from the apps menu. Stylus pens to be used with the Clevertouch screen are available from the 4th floor information desk.
To use the TV screens, you can log in to the PC behind the screen or you can use the HDMI cable to connect your laptop directly to the TV.
There is an additional HDMI cable in each study room, which you can use to connect your laptop directly to the TV screen. This HDMI cable should be called HDMI2 in case you need to select it from the list of inputs on the remote control.
