The library is located on the 4th and 5th floors in the Spencer Dock campus.
Online Library Resources which include ebooks, databases, academic journals, and more are available 24/7 and from any location. Library staff are available for online support by email (library@ncirl.ie) and LibChat. Or you can contact the Library Academic Support Centre for one to one support for assignments and research via email (libraryacademicsupportcentre@ncirl.ie) or through online appointments available to be booked here.

If your items go overdue, fines of €1 per item per day will accrue. If you accrue €10 or more, your account will be blocked and you will not be able to borrow or renew items until you have cleared your fine. NCI Library is now cashless, only debit or credit card payments are accepted.
Books can be returned by leaving them in the 'Book Returns Box' located in the ground floor lobby of the Spencer Dock Campus Building, or they can be returned by using the self-service machines on the 4th and 5th floors in the library.
There are 4 Low Distraction Desks available to be booked in the Library. These desks can be pre-booked through the booking form below.
There are four group study rooms located on the 4th floor of the Spencer Dock Library, seating 4-12 people, and four on the 5th floor, seating 4-8 people. An additional two rooms on the 1st floor of the Spencer Dock building seat 6 and 8 students.
